OUR HISTORY

A botanical heritage.An evolving story.

Our story begins in a family pharmaceutical business, develops into an independent trading company in 2008, and continues through two complementary activities: plant extracts and natural aromatic raw materials.

From family industry to an international ingredient business

BEFORE 2008

A foundation in pharmaceutical raw materials

The founding team grew out of a family business with decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Before LONGJUN was established, the team worked in integrated operations with a listed pharmaceutical company for more than ten years, concentrating on Sophora flower-bud raw materials and their international commercialization.

This period developed practical experience in standardized production, purification processes and quality management. Participation in industry quality-standard work, alongside relationships in China and overseas, helped shape the team’s approach to plant-derived ingredients.

2008

An independent company takes shape

The core team independently founded Sichuan Longjun International Trade Co., Ltd. in 2008. Building on its earlier manufacturing and raw-material experience, the new company focused on natural plant ingredients and a more specialized, structured international trade business.

The company’s development brought ingredient expertise, product operations and import-export capabilities into one business, creating a platform from which to develop additional materials and markets.

CONTINUING BUSINESS

Plant extracts remain part of the core portfolio

The established raw-material business continues today. Rutin, troxerutin, quercetin, rhamnose and berberine hydrochloride remain in our portfolio and are available for professional supply enquiries. They are current product lines, alongside our newer aromatic materials.

Experience with fine purification, product consistency and quality review continues to inform this business. Customers can discuss the relevant grade, specification, batch documentation, packaging and supply conditions for each material.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

A network across regions and markets

Over the years, LONGJUN developed trade relationships across North America, Europe, Oceania, East Asia and South Asia. Customer markets identified in our company profile include the United States, Japan, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, South Korea and India.

In parallel, cooperation with domestic import-export companies strengthened the company’s trading network. These relationships connect sourcing in China with the needs of international customers; the world map presents selected markets at country level.

AROMATIC EXPANSION

Rose oil and hydrosol open a new chapter

Alongside the continuing plant extracts business, LONGJUN expanded into natural aromatic raw materials, including Damask rose essential oil and rose hydrosol. This development brings existing ingredient and trade experience into the fragrance, beauty and personal-care supply chain.

TODAY & THE NEXT CHAPTER

An expanding botanical ingredient business

Our portfolio is now organized around Health, Fragrance and Raw Material Derivatives. This application-led approach connects our established plant ingredients with our aromatic focus, while allowing new materials to be evaluated individually.

The company profile also describes development in cosmetics and hygiene products. Across these activities, LONGJUN continues to build its product offering and international supply relationships around quality, innovation and long-term cooperation.
